Gathering Information

My assignment for this morning is to get all pertinent information in an organized list for DH. I need to get him a list of all of our accounts and passwords so that he knows what to do if I'm not able to do things for a while.

I also need to get the information gathered to take to the neurologist this afternoon: a list of all medicines, symptoms, etc.

I guess this will keep me busy for quite a while.
