Today was a no-spend day (well, minus putting our tithe check in the offering, but that was written on Thursday) until youngest DD came home with a bloody knee. We only had one large bandaid left and I knew by the looks of the wound that she'd need more than that before tomorrow night when I could stop on my way home from work. So off we went to the Dollar General again. We went ahead and bought 3 boxes of them since they were only $1.50 each. I'd have easily spent $3 or $4 a box at the local grocery store 3 blocks away. We each also got a soft drink. So total spending was $6.83.
While we were out I got my $50 cash for the month out of the ATM. I'll be getting my paycheck from my bookkeeping job tomorrow night, so that will be deposited to cover the withdrawal. Now the trick will be to see if I can stretch it out over the month until the next one.

Hate those Dollar General bandaids. I've bought them many times because they are so much less expensive, BUT they just don't have the adhesive 'umpf' I require.
