It's time to set new goals for the year since I reached one of my goals and surpassed another already this year.

So, the new goals to reach by the end of 2007 are:

#4: get mortgage #1 balance below $6400
#5: pay off furniture

    You are doing just great. Ever so often, you have to reevaluate what you're doing and tweak it and that's what you are doing. I wish you great success!
